Bologna Health Jobs has new exciting opportunities for Registrar and SHO doctors in several Public (HSE) and Private Hospitals across the Republic of Ireland in the following specialties as from January 20 (January intake) and onwards:
- All doctors should have at least 4-5 years experience in the chosen specialty (including your training years).
- Candidates will have to register with the Irish Medical Council (if not yet registered) before you can apply to job interviews with the hospitals. Assistance will be granted to apply for registration as we are one of the few agencies that will actually check your papers and your application online to make sure everything is correct. Please take into account that the registration process typically take 3 months since doctors start the paperwork so it will be advisable to start ASAP as doctors can’t take up a job place till they are registered. - An advanced level of English is requested (equivalent to a B2-C1 level). Fluency in written and spoken English will be indispensible. IELTs certificates are usualy requiered by the hospitals so it is advisable to take the test and obtain a minimum of 6.5 points in each section and an average band score of 7 points in total. Currently also the OET examination is acceptable with an average score of a B grade and an average score of a B in each of the 4 domains of the examination. BHJ can put you in touch with native English teachers that can help you to prepare for this examination if needed. For more info regarding IELTs test have a look at: IELTs test (useful information)
